Here is a new specialty created by Maison Fossier. Its shape of a Champagne cork perfectly symbolizes Reims, “the city of coronations”, best known for its beautiful cathedral, of course, but also for its Champagne houses, wineries and vineyards close to the city as well as the famous Champagne route.
This delicate shortbread biscuit is made with pure butter. Some almond powder is used partly instead of the wheat flour and some champagne, instead of water, is added to the dough.
