On board to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie in Vendée, France to invite your dearest father figure to a memorable gastronomic experience. La Perle des Dieux has just won another prize at the 2023 Salon Les Épicures de l'Épicerie Fine, Paris for some of its fabulous sardines. They had already won a silver prize for its scallop rillettes with Normoutier fleur de sel in 2022. Its salmon rillettes with candied lemon and dill are just amazing too. You will just need a fresh baguette with butter to have them discover what makes their sardines so delectable: with sliced olives and rosemary, with chili and red pepper or the 2020 vintage ones that can be kept up to 10 years. The langoustine bisque made with whole langoustine will surely be a hit too and perfect to celebrate Father's Day! Bon appétit!
